Use your NDIS funding to access our support

When working with your Support Coordinator make sure that you request ABILITY FOCUSED (NDIS PROVIDER REGISTRATION NO. 4050005243) as your provider of choice. We support participants in a group setting (1:2 staff client ratio), but can also offer individual one on one support.

 

Go to the NDIS portal (assuming you are already registered in the "myplace participant portal") and you will find us in the provider list as Ability Focused PTY LTD. Then just book our service.

AT THIS STAGE WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ASSIST THOSE WHO ARE SELF MANAGING OR PLAN MANAGING.
